Gordon began his professional career as a securities lawyer in Washington DC specializing in the IPOs of financial institutions. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1986 where he rose to become a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking. He ran the San Francisco Investment Banking operations and was co-head of the firm's Western Region.

Gordon has completed over 125 transactions, totaling over $100 billion of financing and mergers and acquisitions for clients including Albertson's, BankAmerica Corporation, Boeing, Charles Schwab, Clorox, Coinstar, Consolidated Rail, Del Monte, KKR, Levi Strauss, McKesson, Molson Coors, PACCAR, Safeway, TPG, Transamerica, Univar, URS and Wells Fargo.

Gordon and his wife Kristin live in Hillsborough with their three children, Gordon, Jackson and Robby. He currently serves on the Board of Regents of Georgetown University as well as the Board of Directors of Engineering Change, KnowledgeBeat and the San Francisco Golf Club. Gordon also served on the Board of the San Francisco Opera and was Chairman of the San Francisco Zoological Society.

Mark is a founding partner of Dean Bradley Osborne. He started his career with Morgan Stanley in 1985 after graduating from The University of California at Berkeley with a BS in Business Administration. He worked for two years as an analyst in the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions department. From 1987 to 1989 he attended Stanford Business School where he earned his Masters in Business Administration. He returned to Morgan Stanley in 1989 as an associate in the Corporate Finance department. Mark was the Global Head of Morgan Stanley’s Financial Sponsors coverage group for eleven years before becoming Chairman of the Group in 2011.

As Head of the Financial Sponsors Group, Mark was responsible for managing all of Morgan Stanley’s relationships with private equity firms globally. He has been involved in many of the largest and most complex LBOs. In addition, he has had the privilege of advising many private equity firms on financing and strategic opportunities at the GP level. Notable transactions where Mark was involved include the $45Bn LBO of TXU, $20Bn merger of Seagate and Veritas and the subsequent $2Bn LBO of Seagate’s disk drive business, $12Bn LBO of NXP, $11Bn LBO of SunGard and the $8Bn LBO of Avaya. At the GP level, Mark was involved in the $5Bn IPO of KPE, the subsequent merger of KKR and KPE and relisting of KKR on the NYSE, IPO of Blackstone, and the sale of a minority stake in TPG to CDB.

Mark currently resides in Hillsborough, California with his wife Kelly and three children.

Nicholas' banking career spans 25 years. Prior to co-founding Dean Bradley Osborne, he was a Managing Director and Head of Global Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. In this role he was responsible for managing relationships and advising on M&A transactions for leading global technology companies including Advanced Micro Devices, Applied Materials, Arcsight, Atmel, CNET, eBay, Electronic Arts, Ingram Micro, Intuit, Oracle, Omniture, Qlogic, Rightnow, Sandisk, Semtech and Zappos. He has completed transactions valued in excess of $100 billion and has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers, structuring and negotiating significant JV’s and advising on activist and hostile situations.

Prior to joining the Morgan Stanley’s Technology M&A Group in 1996, Nicholas was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsor Group at Morgan Stanley and an Associate in the High Yield Finance Group at First Boston in New York City. In these roles he worked with leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as large public companies structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings and highly leveraged financings. Prior to attending business school, he completed the management program and was corporate finance officer focused on large multinational clients at JP Morgan in New York City.

Nicholas is a graduate of Williams College with a BA in Economics and of the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College with an MBA.

Bryan began his investment banking career at Morgan Stanley in 1988 as an analyst in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions department in New York. He spent the first half of his career in the M&A department and the financial sponsors group in New York as well as the corporate finance team in Australia and Toronto. For the last half of his career, he led the Corporate Finance Execution effort on the west coast, based in San Francisco. He was responsible for executing all manner of corporate finance transactions including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt.

Bryan is adept at successfully navigating clients and their advisors through the most complex types of transactions and transaction-related issues. During the course of his 20-year career at Morgan Stanley, Bryan executed well over 175 successfully completed equity IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles and private placements as well as bank, high yield bond, and sovereign debt offerings for clients and financial sponsors located in the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Central and South America. His industry experience is broad encompassing general industrial, telecom, media, gaming, hospitality, transportation, oil and gas, renewable energy, food and beverage, consumer products, professional services, healthcare, biotech, and various technology companies.

Bryan graduated from Duke University in 1988. He currently resides in San Francisco with his family and young son.

Rob has advised and invested in companies for over 28 years. He has successfully completed over 100 transactions in a variety of industries with a total value aggregating over $100 billion. Most recently, Rob was a Partner and then the Chairman of the U.S Advisory Board at CVC Capital Partners. CVC is one of the largest and most global private equity firms with capital under management in excess of $50 billion and a network of 19 offices across Europe, Asia and the US. Rob joined CVC in 2007 as a Partner and was a founding member of CVC’s US efforts. Formerly a Managing Director of Ripplewood Holdings L.L.C, he oversaw Ripplewood’s investments in a number of industries, and sat on its Investment Committee. From 1986 until 1996, he held numerous positions with Morgan Stanley in its Investment Banking Division, primarily in the Corporate Finance and Merger and Acquisition Departments. He was Head of the Food, Beverage and Consumer Group.

Rob holds a B.B.A. with a major in finance from the University of Notre Dame and currently is a member of the Wall Street Leadership Council. He also received an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and currently is a member of the Pete Henderson Society. He has sat on many Boards of Directors, including most recently Opera Solutions, a Big Data analytics business where he is a Senior Advisor to the Founder; Watsco, Inc. (NYSE), the largest HVAC distributor in the US; Johnnie-O Inc., a lifestyle apparel brand where he is Chairman; Diversified Distribution Services LLC (DDS) a specialty distribution business where he is a principal shareholder and Chairman; and RLB3 Capital LLC. Rob is also on the non-profit Boards of Youth, I.N.C. and Squash Haven.

Rob and his wife have five children and live in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Kristin Gannon has spent over 20 years as an investment banker and financial advisor in the global real estate industry. She has transacted over $50 billion in real estate M&A and sale transactions and over $25 billion in equity, debt and IPO transactions. She built and managed real estate advisory platforms at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in San Francisco. From 2006 to 2012, Kristin was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where she was head of the Real Estate banking group in the west region. She served as financial and strategic advisor to several private and publicly traded real estate companies and advised on mergers, sales, divestitures, capital raising and recapitalizations. Most recently she directed the healthcare real estate business and executed several senior housing transactions including the recapitalization of Sunrise Senior Living, Erickson Retirement and Classic by Hyatt.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Kristin was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley for eight years, where she was head of west coast real estate. During this tenure she worked on several notable REIT mergers including the $7bn sale of Spieker Properties to Equity Office Properties, $5bn sale of Catellus to Prologis, $4bn merger of Archstone Communities and Charles E Smith, $2.5bn sale of GE’s Storage USA to Prudential/Extra Space Storage.

Kristin is a board member of TRI Pointe Homes, Inc., Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC, the James Campbell Company in Hawaii, and the nonprofit Aim High in San Francisco. She is also a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center at UC Berkeley and the Urban Land Institute.

Kristin earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Joe is a Partner of Dean Bradley Osborne. He started his career with Morgan Stanley in 1998 after graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and Business Economics. He worked as an analyst for three years in the Firm’s Global Power and Utility Group and Global Capital Markets Group. From 2001 to 2003 he attended Stanford Business School where he earned his Masters in Business Administration. He returned to Morgan Stanley in 2003 and worked in the Firm’s Western Region Investment Banking Group in San Francisco where he was responsible for managing relationships with companies in a broad range of sectors including industrials, consumer and retail.

Joe has completed over 50 transactions, totaling over $40 billion of financing and mergers and acquisitions for clients including AECOM, Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Clorox, Dolby Laboratories, Headwaters, Lennox International, Molson Coors, Safeway, Univar, URS Corporation, Waste Connections and Weyerhaeuser.

Joe currently resides in San Mateo, California with his wife Megan and three children. He is the Treasurer and member of the Board of Trustees of CuriOdyssey, a science and wildlife center for children.

Nicolas joined Dean Bradley Osborne in June 2012. He was most recently at GCA Savvian, a San Francisco based investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placement advisory across a variety of industries. Prior to GCA Savvian, Nicolas was a Senior Associate at Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm based in Menlo Park, CA. He began his career in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse where he focused on M&A and corporate finance advisory.

Nicolas holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
